Easy Eaters Terms of Use Policy

Welcome to Easy Eaters! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Easy Eaters mobile application (“App”), developed by Easy-Eaters (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

The App is designed to help parents encourage their picky-eating children (ages 2-8) to try new foods by progressively revealing a line drawing as the user interacts with the App. The App is intended for use by parents or guardians in conjunction with their children and is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • You are the parent or legal guardian of any child using the App.
  • You agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any child using the App.

The App is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical, nutritional, or psychological condition. The App does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

The App is provided “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We will endeavour to always be transparent an efficient, however We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy-Eaters and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of the App.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Any harm or injury resulting from your child’s use of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Easy Eaters and are protected by copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
